METROJABAR - In a momentous event held at Japan, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) chapter Bandung, Indonesia, and their counterparts from JCI Hamamatsu, Japan, united in a signing ceremony to establish a twinning agreement. The pact aims to cultivate a stronger bond between the two vibrant cities, fostering international cooperation and collaboration.

The signing held on Okura Act Hotel Hamamatsu, The hotel is iconic part of the super high-rise tower of Act City Hamamatsu, which features a music hall and a museum of musical instruments. Attended by 11 delegates from JCI Bandung and also JCI Hamamatsu members, highlighted the commitment of both organizations to facilitate exchanges of ideas, knowledge, and experiences. The collaborative efforts seek to harness the potential for collective growth, sustainable development, and cultural understanding.

Mr. Marekso Mukhlys, President of JCI Bandung 2023, expressed his enthusiasm for this meaningful partnership, stating, "We believe this collaboration will open up new avenues for cultural exchange and economic development, paving the way for mutually beneficial opportunities."

Mr. Akira, President of JCI Hamamatsu 2023, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing, "Twinning with JCI Bandung enables us to share our cultural heritage and explore joint ventures that can positively impact both our communities."

The twinning agreement encapsulates various areas of potential collaboration, including educational exchanges, economic development initiatives, environmental sustainability projects, and cultural programs. Both organizations have committed to nurturing these avenues for shared growth and building lasting friendships across borders.

As this newfound partnership sets sail, both JCI Bandung and JCI Hamamatsu are eager to embark on a journey of mutual understanding and fruitful cooperation, bridging the geographical gap to build a brighter, more connected future.
